Nagato really won my heart in this movie. Watching the Endless Eight after the movie was painful, not because it was long and repeating (I friggin' loved the E8), but because of Nagato. 15000+ loops and after seeing what she does in Shoushitsu, I think she needs a hug.
Disappearance Nagato confirmed for my favorite character ever.
About the english version: Crispin Freeman's Kyon will make the dub. The READY scene will be nothing short of amazing, I can already feel it.

Do you know if they have plans for this, or are you just commenting that it's feasible?/>it set KyoAni up for S3.
There's a spin-off manga with this version of her as the main character. The Disappearance of Yuki Nagato, I believe. I posted it here a while ago, but I just got "what is this I don't even..." -type replies.Disappearance Nagato confirmed for my favorite character ever.

Well, thinking about it again, it might not even be that feasible. Suzumiya's VA, Aya Hirano, was in a huge sex scandal. I don't know if she would return to being Haruhi's VA anytime soon. But Haruhi is immensely profitable for KyoAni, so I can't see them giving up the franchise. Then again, they never continued Lucky Star, so the future may not look so bright./>Do you know if they have plans for this, or are you just commenting that it's feasible?

I'm a huge fan of alternate realities. That's what made Evangelion Angelic Days so fun to read. I downloaded the first volume, so I'll check it out. Thanks for the heads up.
