ugggggggh. You don't know how bad I wanted to go to that "first" show. Missy even tried to entice me once it sold out saying Lisa had an extra ticket. Just not feasible. And The National? ahhh. Why don't we just live together and be concert best buds?

 

Also don't you already live on your own?

-- Still have to get my car examined and fixed, probably in a few days

+ Successfully filed a police report just in case

- Had to wait, like, an hour for the police to show up.

`Man, this is what I've been saying for years. That dream of running a successful Portland bakery could still be a reality. It sucks, too, because it seems like I'm gonna end up going to that Decemberists show alone. (I have a group to go see The National with, though, so it's all good)

 

ALSO, yeah, I did live on my own for about 6 months, but it didn't really work out. Kind of a long story, but for now I live with my mother. A friend and I are looking around, though, I might have a place again pretty soon.

If you guys do that, I'm starting a Chinese restaurant named Wok You Like a Hurricane.

+Three day gaming convention this weekend
-Due to other stuff I missed the first few hours of the second day, and the third day completely
++Still had tons of fun, played a few new games and some old favorites
++Toyed around with a new(ish) pen and paper system with the creator
+++++Game ended with a naked knight receiving a titty twister from a brown bear. Half the party was naked because we confused "Bear cave" and "Bare cave" and wanted to be safe.
