+the home inspection was today, and we got to explore even more ins and outs of the house. wonderful.
-did more friggin' paperwork
+less paperwork to do later
++house is still awesome.

kasper, it might be. part of it, mshda (i would look up what that stands for, but i'm on my phone), is michigan specific. but it is also partially provided by the fha, which is a federal program.
