Ouch... I haven't tried that since I was like 14 but I remember it being no cake walk.

I am mostly playing Anno1404 at the moment. Mad economy restructuring skillz. I reached the 10 hour mark today and the game continues to give and give in terms of variable gameplay.

Also Oblivion but it's kind of poo. I've only ever been able to play for an hour or two in one sitting without getting sick of it.

AND Liberal Crime Squad, which has given me so much scope to play with a world that I have no idea what to do.

I'm going to play through all the Final Fantasies. Well, at least the ones with GBA ports. I even found a nifty mod for Dawn of Souls that makes FF1 closer to the original in difficulty, supposedly.

...Words cannot adequately describe how confused and infuriated I am with Path of Radiance right now.

I just spent the past 45 minutes annihilating all the enemies on the map (...minus one because, literally, nothing I own can hurt him). According to the battle goals, it says I clear the level when "15 turns arrive". I did that by turn 12, so for turns 13, 14, and 15, I basically lined my troops up in front of the neutral party (who I wanted to talk to, but the minor neutrals were surrounding the one neutral of interest, who was in turn blocking the 'seize' point of the field).

Turn 15 arrives, and all of a sudden my troops are shouting about how the enemy's overtaken the castle, and I get a game over screen. ;-;

Borderlands mostly. I wish I knew others who had the PC version.

^ how is borderlands? is it different enough from fallout 3 to warrant playing?

i forced in some 3d dot heroes last night, but spent 3 hours playing the tower defense minigame. i dont think ive ever played a minigame in anything else that time warps as fast as tower defense games do.

Quite a bit different. Exploring is more worth it because of the random weapons, but that doesn't mean you'll always feel like it's worth it...

The voice acting is better, mainly because there's so little of it. And Bethesda can't seem to get voice acting done right these days.

It does play a lot like a MMORPG, especially if you play with other people. Which is probably the best feature (even though admittedly I'm playing by myself right now :p). That is, the co-op mode, not the MMORPG-ness. That part is all personal preference.

How can anything be better than Liam Neeson?

If you ever play Fallout 3, you will be surprised at how utterly useless it was to have Liam Neeson play the part he did. Serious waste of time.

Just like Patrick Stewart and Sean Bean in Oblivion. They did good work, but the money should have been spent on unkown, but decent, voice actors for the entire game.
