very well put star but i think the whole startin to play might take awhile since my ps2 isnt connected and im very lazy...
but im also lookin for a new rpg to play. ne one have suggestions based on games theyve played not just seen.

I'm sad because FFXI keeps freezing during the same cutscene. T_T

And I've never played Wild Arms so I can't say whether it's good or bad.

You mean FFIX, and what cutscene?
I used to be able to take the game out and put it back in to skip some...but that was on an actual PSX/PS2. =/

Yeah, IX, not XI...

It's the cutscene with the airship taking off after you leave the first village. It freezes a few seconds after Zidane "accidentally" touches Garnet while they're climbing up the ladder...

I just tried repairing my disc, so I'll see if that helped at all.

EDIT: No improvement. And popping the disc out and back in didn't work either.

I finally got all the sound to work properly in my FFT rom in exchange for frequent slow-down...yay?

ahhh Lunar! stupid Zophar from lunar 2. speakin of FFVII i dont know where my copy is... well i guess ill buy nother copy. ya i have my friends copy of Zelda's collector edition, SSBM, and FF tactics. and unfortunately MD's CT. sorry MD

you know, I've never had a problem with the sound =/ it doesn't lag for me either.

Well, it worked before, just far from perfectly. There was no sound at all during the intro movies, and the sound effects were a little screwy. Now they sound the way they should, but the game is horribly laggy, so next time I play the rom, it'll probably be with the screwy sound effects and stable framerate.
I really need to get our PSX back from my brother...

I think we all do that with some game.

I've had my cousin-once-removed's copy of Impossible Creatures for nearly 3 years now. I usually only see him on Thanksgiving, but I forgot to bring it bak the next year. He moved to Arizona some time after that, so...yeah. I guess it's mine for the time being. ^_^;

I wouldn't have to either if my brother hadn't taken our PSX. It is half his, I suppose, but he never uses it. He probably still has it packed away in a box somewhere, and I never have a chance to bug him about it since I hardly see him these days...
