'cause I remember, in...Pokemon Blue, I think...I actually saw Mew a few times. Never could catch it, but it was there...

I've never seen him in Red or Blue. Plus the Prima players guide never mentions him except in those diary scraps on Cinnabar Island.

Well, I'm pretty sure it was in Blue...But, maybe it was in a different game. I mean, I have a bunch of them...All I know is that I saw him a few times in one of them.

According to an FAQ I just found, You cannot catch Mew in any of the games unless you use this weird glitch that I'm still trying to figure out.

I meant if it was Gold or Silver he was thinking of.
But then Celebi might not be in Gold/Silver either. I've never played them, so I don't know.

And...Hmm...I know I've seen Mew, though. I dunno where, but I'm almost positive I did.

Aaaaand...There's a cheat code that I've actually used before, and it actually works! I even got to catch a Missingno (or maybe it was an " 'M "...'cause I remember having a Kangaskan that knew Surf or Fly...) after doing it.

This is the glitch for Mew in Blue and Red. Almost positive I saw a Mew once.

I've caught a missingno before, and I saw them all the time when duplicating rare candies and supliments. I also caught a second Mewtwo, but I've never seen a Mew.

Oh, and a friend of a friend caught a Missingno and his game crashed...permanently...

That's one of the things you have to watch out for when trying to catch one. There's all sorts of warnings against it.

I used to duplicate things all the time. ^ ^ Got a ton of Master Balls and stuff.

I can't remember if I ever saw the level 100 glitch, though...

Heh, the problem with the Mewtwo I caught (level 142, btw) was that none of its attacks did any damage. They were all things like Amnesia and Mist. I just taught it Hyper Beam and didn't use it much.

EDIT: Isn't Crystal almost the same as Gold/Silver?

Well, it was fun having a Kangaskan that knew Fly. I laughed every time I used it.

I don't think I ever caught a Mewtwo...

I can't remember. =P think it may have had those really dumb looking legendary pokemon, entei or whatever.

The Legendary Dogs, like Entei, were in Gold and Silver too.

Crystal is almost the same and Gold and Silver, with a few things added.

Just like Yellow is like Red/Blue and Emerald is like Sapphire/Ruby.

well, I have no idea. I didn't bother keeping up on pokemon after a while, it got repetitive. 9_9

The only ones I didn't get were Red, and Fire Red/Leaf Green. Oh, and the counterparts to Gold and Ruby, seeing as they're pretty much the same game.

I originally got Red beause my friend had Blue and wanted me to help him get the Pokemon that weren't in his version. I barely knew anything about it before that. Eventually one of my other friends just gave me his Blue version.

Other than those, I just have a rom and Yellow and a rom of the TCG. I think I had a rom of Silver at one point. Don't remember what happened to it though.
