I was discussing with DJ_Beardsquirt from the Minecraft server how we could take a road trip across America and film a documentary about MonkeyPro. So yes, this needs to happen.
I wanted orange. It gave me lemon-lime...

I would love to plan this, seriously. I can find a common ground, and even get a venue to hold MP-con. A few things just need to be looked at:
- Funds (Whatever we do, where ever we go, this will cost money. Maybe we should have an account set up to where we can donate to it and once we hit our goal, we can start actual plans!) These funds will only be used towards the venue and perhaps a few gifts. Travel/board will have to be on each person.
- Where is everyone at currently? (This will help with picking a common ground).
- Pick a location. (We can make suggestions and vote on it).
- Time frame (This con doesn't have to happen this year, but we should set a date, relatively anyway).
- How long? (This is more likely dependent on everyone's availability/work/life schedules. As well as funds for making this happen.)
This is just a rough thought. Things to think about. I do like Bean's idea of a road trip, but I feel like each of us wouldn't get a proper chance to meet everyone.

this sounds like an actual great idea for you guys.. and i hope you actually put this plan into action..of course i'd never have the funds to go to america.. so i'll be rooting for you on the sidelines i guess x3... i'll just stick to bugging people from America on skype it's what i do best...
I have no amazing personality traits except the fact I'm British and People don't like my personality.. but i do have a British Accent so at least Some Americans can be angry and oddly happy at the same time.

We're all pretty well spread out, even looking at just the Americans. California, Kansas, Michigan, New York, and several others in between. This is why most of the posts so far have been arguements about where to meet up. xp

Really though, as long as it doesn't take place in the middle of a school semester (this summer included), I'd be happy to go just about anywhere if we can make this happen.

well considering that we have people all over the US I'd say we have to meet somewhere in the middle, but of coarse it can't be some lame-o place where there is nothing to do, But it also can't be anywhere too busy like an amusement park because then the whole point of it would be rendered mute. My best guess for a good venue would be a hotel where we can have additional tv's so video games could be set up for competition as well as having a pool for fun pool times. Also depending on how many of us there are we could possibly all fit into 2 or 3 rooms which would save a lot of money and I don't mind the floor, just saying.
