So..yeah...since I never do my calculus homework, my teacher has me work on other stuff to help out our Calculus class...like design some t-shirts and this time a website/layout. Really though, other than the super crappy site I did in programming, I'd never created a site before, or even played with HTML.

I know you're jealous of my anti-CSS anti-<div> stuffs ...even though 'tis all just because I'm much too lazy to try to learn them...instead I just had fun playing with tables.
Oh, but uh...I suppose the reason for posting this is to ask for some constructive criticism, esp. with stuff like the color and whatnot, since I fail with color-picking.
And uh...there's probably no reason to tell me that my HTML sucks because I know it does, but I don't really care...and I know it's pretty simple...but I'm not quite sure what Mr. Teacher even wants the site for...so I don't have much to put on it...
Now, how many people think I could actually get my teacher to use this?

well, im still learning html (xhtml to be exact) but I do have 4 points of attention.
1 - the text goes right through the picture, you might want to put it more to the left.
2 - the blue to black thingy end at the picture an not behind it, but I don't know if this is how you wanted it.
3 - you could use a font somewhat similar to that of the banner text, would look nicer.
4 - maybe put a margin around the picture so that it doesn't look like it wants to hug the text above.
but other than that I have nothing alse to say but good job, I could not make it myself...yet.

I have no idea what a DTD is, and this topic is too old for me to care. My calculus teacher replaced the site with some pathetic one probably made with Frontpage, and complained to me that I never kept the old one updated, despite the fact that he never gave me content.
