I don't think they're going to ruin it, especially since it's looking like there's a lot of the same team behind it. One of the higher ups supposedly said that the first two "were only the prologues for the real event yet to come," so I don't think the story will fail- let's face it though, plot was never one of its strong points. I think I will miss the old characters though, and it'll be very disappointing if they're not in it at all- actually, really just Jenna- she was the only really cool person.
Anyway, I think it'll be hard to top The Lost Age in terms of volume of extra side junk and evilness of dungeon design, but I doubt that it'll be "ruined" by any standard.

GS Is definitely my favorite game of all time. They better not ruin GSDS :(
I AM THE HARBRINGER OF THE SPICY ROOSTER APOCALYPSE!
I AM A HYDROGEN BOMB IN A NECKTIE!
I HOLD THE FLAMES OF A THOUSAND COLLAPSED STARS!
I AM...BOBRACHA!
Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power, derives from a mandate from the masses!

Considering it's a prequel taking place quite a few years from the first set of games...I doubt it.I hope they do like The Lost Age and let you continue with your same characters. THAT would be awesome.

And well, those do look like the older versions of the main characters. It's still possible, and it seems that those characters from the art really are who they appear to be. Isaac, Garet, and Mia.

Yeah, from the few legit games I have (J&D / R&C / GS), this is another must have for me.

Like the DS or No More Heroes 2 (which still hasn't come out in Japan yet...which I find odd)

And the DS came out first in North America. And noooooooo it doesn't mean that. Like the Phoenix Wright games, when released in Japan, already have an English translation. So it just matters on how this game is being developed. Plus, it's three months away, doesn't mean Japan still won't get it first.

And with the dual slot system, I can only imagine it'll be too easy to transfer cleared game saves from The Lost Age. I'm excited guys. yeah.
