I have to do practical work now
Mon-Fri from 08:30-16:00
and as soon as school starts again, my shedule would look just like practical work but filled with classes instead (I believe 7 different classes, first year I had 9 different classes)
I AM THE HARBRINGER OF THE SPICY ROOSTER APOCALYPSE!
I AM A HYDROGEN BOMB IN A NECKTIE!
I HOLD THE FLAMES OF A THOUSAND COLLAPSED STARS!
I AM...BOBRACHA!

I'm liking the idea of something in mass media, and possibly a theatre minor, if only because the only way I can do any of the upper-level theatre classes is to major/minor in theatre. D:
So, I've now been to every class once.
Sociology: Dear god, this already seems like such a boring class. On top of that, the teacher's even more boring than the subject. *sigh*
Mass Media: This class is 50 minutes long, but I was out of my first class in 15 minutes~. :3 I can't wait, though, so I can learn more about mass media and then get into upper level classes.
Earth Science: Eh, it's earth science. How fun can it get? The teacher has the potential to be a fun guy, but after that power point he showed us...? Okay, seriously, here's how it went -
Teacher - "Okay, I was going to let you go, but I'm going to show you a few pictures of things we'll be learning about this year first."
Class - "...Fine."
Teacher - *proceeds to show the class 35 photos on a slideshow... and talks about each photo for 5 - 10 minutes*
Half the class was falling asleep, myself included.
Marching Band: I already know this is awesome. First game Thursday!
Stagecraft: This class is already going to be seriously awesome. The teacher's great, too, and there's about ten of us in the class~.
Modes of Discourse: Haha, this class is amazing. The teacher's whack, but in an awesome way, and the class is going to be a ton of fun.
I love Tuesdays and Thursdays now. Plus, I've found out how to only go up the hill once a day, twice at the most.

English: It's an English class. A boring one at that. Teacher is okay, material is lame. Of course. So whatever. According to the grammar quizzes, I'm ranked number 1 in this class, which is pretty disappointing.
Bio: This is going to be my problem class because I fail at Bio so hard, but the teacher is cool and pretty much let's us do whatever with the class time.
Math: We're doing stuff we did in seventh grade. So I draw. And the teacher is odd. He tries to appeal to the -g- kids by doing raps and talking about how many girlfriends he has and how one of them is a stripper. I suck at math, and sadly, I'm top in this class.
Drama: Normally I like drama, but this IB Theater, which means it's the academic side of drama, which is more boring than shit. And there are seven people in the class, so most days only three of them are there. o.o The good news is this class ends a month early.
Psychology: Subject is win, teacher is okay. I'm the only one in the class who has any background knowledge on the subject, and again, sadly, I'm top, which is bad because now even the teacher just looks at me when she can't remember something. >.>
TL;DR: The normal Denver Public Schools Curriculum is a bucket of fail.

PreCalculus: just seems way laid back..I'm in the top left corner of the class but I have the most awesome people around me, and the teacher is incredibly cool. Easy 'A' for sure. Same with AP Government & Politics.
AP Biology already seems like an overwhelming subject, but the teacher is really fun yet strict, and very organized, so I'm definitely loving that class already. AP Spanish Language on the other hand seemed like way too much for me. I don't even like the language, so I didn't feel compelled to continue taking the AP version of Spanish IV, resulting in me dropping down to it. The teacher was sooooo disappointed in me. >.>
AP Physics B just seems...insane. Our homework can only be two problems and we'll still work on it for hours..yeah, it's the hardest class in the school. Gar.
Finally, Christian Service is easy. The premise of the class is that we don't go to it; instead the students are assigned to a site where they volunteer at. We have to cover at least 50 hours per the semester. It's 7th period, everyday, and also the last class we have. This means that we get a chance to go 'off campus' if we want to do our service, however we can save it for the weekend as well. :)
Sooooo...interesting year.
