Fuck yes. This looks great.
Spider-Man 1 was iffy...but Spider-Man 2 was really good (despite the evil manboobs on Mr.DoctorOctuposGuy). I only owned a few Spider-Man comics, but he's always been my favorite superhero, really, as far as the look and idea goes. The only one who comes close is Superman but I'm not very excited about Superman Returns. (Christopher Reeves is Superman, not this new guy!)
I'm glad other people wanted Venom to be in this one, too. The whole first half hour of Spiderman 2 I was thinking "Please be Venom please be venom please be venom please be venom please be venom please be venom". But it makes more sense that if he shows up in the final movie.

I haven't seen X-men 3. I decided that I'd wait to rent it when even James (the biggest X-men nut I know) said it wasn't good....

It was entertaining, if a little disappointing. Not as good as Spidey 2 by any means.

you know what's funny is that topher Grace the guy who plays Eric Forman on "That 70's Show" plays venom it's just kinda weird to see him from playing a nerd to a bad guy.....
