Season 4 hasn't been too bad. A couple of episodes have been real clunkers, but it still has a lot of charm. I'm glad it was renewed.

So Dan Harmon might come back to head the show!
Spaz and I have been rewatching the show from the beginning, and it is so, so good. I really hope this comes true.

me too latest season was by far the weakest though I also loved the freaky friday episode. Though this would be a very welcome occurrence.

I would say Louis would probably appeal to your British humor more. However, in my opinion, Community is much better.
We've made too many compromises already, too many retreats. They invade our space, and we fall back. They assimilate entire worlds, and we fall back. Not again. The line must be drawn here! This far and no further!

I personally like community more, but not because I think it is better. community is filled with all sorts of nerdy humor, where as Louie is entirely Louie C.K.'s observations about life.(since he is a machine and he writes and directs every episode.)

I think Community gets really shitty in the third season, and I never saw last season (but a lot of people hated it).
I say Louis is far more worth it. Plus there's less of it. But the first two seasons of Community are pretty great too.

Yeah first 2 seasons were great third season was okay and there was really only one good episode last season.

That doesn't really help because I very much dislike Hulu.
I will catch up though, soon, maybe. There's three weeks of no Archer/Parks/HIMYM because of the Olympics...so yeah.
It's a bit amazing to me that Parks and Community still exist right now, and are the only sitcoms NBC still has (they canceled the other two). Like, almost every season they were on the verge of cancellation and now? I guess the lack of The Office and 30 Rock is really hurting their Thursday night.
