Special Services Department Supervisor

At the highest level, Home Depot Associates must (a) provide outstanding customer service to our Customers and (b) drive the sales and profitability of the store. Customer service objectives include delighting our Customers each and every day and fostering long-term loyalty bonds between our Associates and our Customers. There are six key priorities that deliver the Home Depot shopping experience:

Special Services Supervisors will provide effective training, recognition and performance management for all Special Services Associates to drive outstanding service, store appearance and in-stock position.

Excellent! 1878 says you shall report on Friday at 9:30am. You get no breaks, except a 30 minute lunch. Also you will have no coverage, just you. With little to no help/back-up. I will not be giving you my number for emergencies.

1880 enjoys his job well enough but is sad that he makes about half as much per hour as 1867.
