7/10 mainly just because it has violins. But it's still not cool awesome violins like Arcade Fire or Decemberists or Radiohead violins.

The Decemberists - The Chimbley Sweep
Because that's what I'm listening to at the moment.

7/10 Entertaining, yes that's all I can say.
[edit] I felt I needed to explain myself more, This song confuses me a little. When I can't decide on gener, I refute my ears. Yes I know labeling is an issue; that being said I believe that music is has a different set of standards, depending on gener. You hear it different, you like it different. If that made any sense. That being said, recently I've began lumping most things I hear into Indy (it's easy).

I Like the sound, it moves you through the song. It has a rather nice crescendo :) It makes you happy!?!!

Gorillaz-El MaƱana
one of my favorite songs.

I think it's technically labeled as some kind of weird Baroque Pop Prog Folk Indie...whatever. The Decemberists don't just stick with one genre too much, other than the obvious rock.

9/10
I love El Manana. Not my favourite Gorillaz song, but still love it.

2/10

I hate that singer and I now hate Juno, I liked it at first, but it tries too hard to be indie.
So then with the singer I hate and the movie I hate, thumbs down.

Score: 10/10
Notes: Started out kind of iffy, but it really picked up after and the song, in all of its twelve minute glory, became pretty epic.

Enjoyable, but not really my kind of thing. jPunk? A certain part of it reminded me of Sk8r Boi, a lot.

That was actually a pretty decent song.

MORE dark/heavyesque Decemberists songs!

The Decemberists - Odalisque

It was either this, The Island, The Tain, or Hurdles Even Here. Island/Tain are long, Hurdles is kinda lame...

Loves me some Odalisque though.
