In RSE, I noticed move accuracies were based off a timer from the time you select 'ATTACK', so I honed my button-pressing to always OHKO. Ah, those were the days... Sheer Cold on my Shiny Walrein ftw...Lol, when I was raising my Torkoal, I'd sometimes use Fissure against it until it finally found its mark.
