Did anyone get a News Notification this morning for the New Article on the Home Page?

Stars already told me he got one... but the link pointed to the wrong article.

 

I didn't get one. I'm just curious to see who all got one. The News Notifications obviously need tweaking.

Old flash signature has been revived for nostalgic purposes. Too bad RpgWizard hasn't been revived. :\

Were they supposed to be turned on automatically, Glace? I just went in to my settings and they weren't. I've since turned on the news article and video notfications. I'll keep you posted.

No you had to turn them on.

After I added the news article the page was loading for a good 30 seconds so I stopped it. I would assume it was going through every member and checking to see if they had the notification turned on. I don't think this is how it's supposed to work, so I'm gonna try to tweak it a bit.

I'm hoping to add more and more notifications for site activity, since it's our first inclination to visit the forums first anyways.
