I might almost be tempted to join a Mega Man MMO...and I generally loathe the idea of pay-to-play games...

When I saw "Megaman Online" I thought it would be an online co-op game. Play through the traditional level designs slightly modified for 2 or more players, like giving someone a boost to get to a higher ledge for health or different blaster types. But an MMO sounds good. If it does work out and turns out to be good, it would be another reason for me to switch from a Wii to PC gaming.

I think there is a Mega Man game like that, I just can't remember if it's MM10 or something else. I'll be honest, I'm kind of hoping for a WoW thing with Mavericks and Maverick Hunters replacing Horde and Alliance.

Me... and I'm probably alone in this... I'm hoping for a classic Megaman Network type game. But with a navi creator (read tech/skill upgrade) where you could make your own character instead of always/simply being megaman. Choose attacks and skills...
Cuz to be honest... not too sure how a classic megaman style game would work online. Might as well be a mostly console game with a sidekick mechanic like Tails... cuz shit, i'd hate to lose life/lives because my partner couldn't jump past a pit or something.
A Network-based game would have a pretty good base for varied builds and abilities and a pvp mode that's already proven. I really don't know a whole lot about other megaman games, but that's my input.

I will admit, I always wanted a Battle Network MMO since the series started to suuuuuuuuck after 3.
And yes, Toys, Megaman 64 is the same as Legends.

Story sucked... boss battles rocked. That's what was important. plus the random viruses that would be the bane of players. like the shadows that could only be hit by sword attacks. or the momogra who buried underground. stuff like. it would be awesome to be able to team up with other players of different styles to augment each other.

Hellz yeah. My Navi would be a blue turtle guy with elemental abilities of the water and ice types. And with a reflector shield of course (and queen Virgo's water barriers). And a dashing punch that's probably a combination between guts punch and step sword.
Man, I miss my heat shield style... Cuz all the other elemental charge attacks sucked.
