Disclaimer: Prizes will be obtained using illegitimate methods, although the prize pokemon will be "legit" in the sense that it is exactly what you would get if you used a legitimate method of capturing them. If you do not like this, please do not participate.
Rules:
- The tournament will take place round-robin style.
- Participants tied for a place will have a mini-tournament to determine the final victor for that place.
- Battles will take place using the "Flat Level" feature.
- You must join MP's IRC channel for chatting and tournament status updates.
- Teams will be registered with five pokemon each.
- Battles will be with three of your five registered pokemon.
- Registered teams will be revealed the day of the event.
Disallowed Pokemon:
- All legendaries.
- Wobbuffet
- Wynaut
Clauses:
- Sleep Clause
- Evasion Clause. (Reducing an opponents accuracy is ok.)
- Species Clause
- Item Clause. (Apparently Bulbapedia doesn't have this >.> All pokemon must hold different items.)
Prizes:
- Any pokemon you wish. (May be shiny or an event pokemon.)
- Any non-event pokemon you wish. (May be shiny)
- Any non-event, non-shiny pokemon you wish.
Date:
The tournament will take place on May 23rd. This gives you a solid month to train your pokemon if you start today (Or have already started :P).
Registration:
To register, just PM me your five pokemon team, with movesets and your friend code. You must register your team AT LEAST THREE DAYS before the tournament date.
