Greetings all,

I have received huge amounts of emails, and other sorts of contacts about Ocarina of Time 2D.
I am considering a project revamp, but it appears the Zelda community has died over the last 2-3 years.

Do you want the project to be picked back up?

I commented about the gay porn he posted here, plus the bulk spam emails he sent the MP staff, even though we didn't do anything to him. Then I said that I would accept an apology since he increased our activity for a bit, and all his spam was easy to delete anyway. Oh, and since he denied posting his phone number online, I said that it had been on the Contact page of his website.

Then a mod warned that they would suspend/ban/delete posts of people who continued to flame Dampe, then my post was deleted.

I was thinking of posting, but fuck, what do I care? Let those idiots actually defend him for what he did. It was extremely childish and immature. If he actually apologized, I would accept it too, but he's being smug about it. So I don't care.

Just a heads up that everyone's favourite idiot king, Dampe, is
back from the dead again.

An email went round to ex forum members. This time, it didn't
have a trojan attatched, just a message that he wanted to start
up OOT2D again and wanted people to vote at a webpage he
had hosted on what looks like a dodgy WoW gold selling site.

Couldn't see anything obviously nefarious about the site but then
I'm quite well protected here, so who knows. Amusingly, 4chan
found his website at the exact same time (one of them got the
same email I did) and he was drowning in spam for a while before
mass banning on the forum. Also, he tried to make it so that if
you clicked "no" on his poll, it went to a shock site, but failed.
(Somehow). I called him out on the trojan thing but surprise surprise
I got banned as well, and my message removed, so I take that
as tacit confirmation he's going to pull another stunt like that at
some point.

Anyway, where he goes, idiocy follows, and as it has a habit
of coming back on MonkeyDog, thought I'd give you a heads up
to be on the lookout for badness.

Anyways, just so I don't have to deal with anything, I turned on email then admin activation for new users...I doubt anyone will join, but admins, pay attention every once an a while, please.

Heh, I tried clicking "no" when I first got the email, and it gave me a 404. =p

Doesn't Ocarina of Time in 2D kinda defeat the purpose? I would just play Link to the Past instead...

Yeah, I don't care that bad. Walking is far too much work for something like this. (Especially for someone as great and dead like Carl Sagan)

I don't even care about him faking his death or anything, I could kind of understand that...I just don't enjoy all the attacks on this site. I mean, Jesus Christ, he started doing it again and yesterday we ended up using 5 tbs of bandwidth. That is a lot and I have to end up paying for it.

But meh, oh well.

There is no way one would be able to use 5TB on the forum. He used it by continually downloading the games on the server.

I've read on the matter, and even though I doubt it highly I do hope Dampe gets his act together and pulls himself from the damnations pit he jumped into with free will.
I support the oot2D project, but I want to see it truly be finnished, I've decided to see how Dampe goes with this project one last time, but I would be even happier if someone else did it.

Bleh, isn't this like, so four years ago?
Seriously, everyone else has moved on. I thought dante had to? If he really wanted to ressurect the project
he should have made a playable demo and released it on the fly. That would have generated some actually interest,
rather than dante trying to have to gather it up himself.
