does anybody know anything about the phoenix game engine? its being used in the warhammer 40,000 space marine game, and i found a dev kit for psp.

it's an action rpg engine, supposedly simple to use with the psp.
you awaken in the intestinal tract of satan. you must defeat the hydra to escape. your only weapon is righteous anger.
