Is happening. I am actually kind of excited.

 

Now if only we got one of those good Digimon games for PSP/VIta they keep releasing in Japan. :/

Boo to those Digimon naysayers. Digimon is way better than Pokemon. Can't wait to binge watch it on Netflix like I did with the old series.

I like the show more than Pokemon. At the very least the two Adventure and Tamers series' (after that, meh). 

 

But the games are where Pokemon really beats Digimon. All the games I'd like to play seem to never come to America either.

 

I'm a little confused on how this sequel of Adventure will work. Since Adventure 02 ended in such a way that I feel like the adventures of a 17 year old Tai won't be very interesting.

Maybe they'll just do what they already did and bring in a new cast with the old ones popping in occasionally for support.

Well the teaser makes specific it'll be Tai and a direct sequel. So I kind of doubt that.

But what is weird is Adventure 02 is already a direct sequel. And the ending is the world is perfect and nothing bad ever happened every again. It time jumped at the end too.

So I wonder if they'll just ignore 02.

I actually thought this was about the Digimon World video games.

 

And then I realized there was a show, and forgot about it.

 

I also realized Netflix has it. Guess what I'm doing tomorrow.

My excitement mainly stems from the words "Digimon is on Netflix". Mostly because I forgot. 

 

 

Guess what I'm doing tomorrow.

 

I'm not super crazy about the show following Tai because he was never my favorite, but at the same time, I guess the original sequel mostly followed TK and Kari, while the "older kids" popped in now and then. So maybe they'll show more of what Tai and co are doing while all this is happening? I'm sure there was some other Digimon crisis going on, like always.

I honestly forget if I liked Tai.

 

I just know I didn't like Mimi. She annoyed me.

Well the original show followed Tai. The sequel mostly followed Davis/Ken in the same sense. It's an ensemble show, just with someone who is technically the center. Almost all Digimon seasons are like that. (like Tamers has Takato).

 

So basically, I highly doubt this will be about Tai.
