This week we are celebrating months, and the things that happen during months.
For instance, March Madness is just about at an end. We are down to the final round of voting. Your choices are Minecraft and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. There were few other games on the list as influential as these two, so this is quite a match up! Go vote!
This week also featured April Fools Day, probably the internet's favorite of all holidays. It's the one day of the year where soulless corporations can appear almost human, and features what would normally be considered click bait during the rest of the year are celebrated for being so. But why so serious? Even Glaciermage and myself got in on the fun.
I normally do this portion in threes, but I don't have anything else. I mean, after all, what's next? May Hem?
On to the weeklies.

Achievements are achievements, ya know?
I heard recently that someone earned a 1 million point gamer score on X-Box live. That means that he likely received such achievements as pressing the A button 2047 times in the game Command and Conquer 3, or simply pressing the start button in The Simpsons Game. Yeah, whoever this person is, they are not as cool as Tau. A losing streak like his in Trips is certainly an achievement in itself, worth all the gamer points, and I say this with no hint of sarcasm. It's like a high score, and Tau has the highest. Achievement unlocked.
Game of the Week

Quintessence: The Blighted Venom
According to Jack Nicholson's character in The Departed, John Lennon said, "I'm an artist. You give me a fucking tubra, and I'll get you something out of it." I feel like that's what Freebird games, makers of To the Moon, seem to do with RPG Maker. Quintessence may err a bit on the pretentious side in the story department, but does it ever use graphics and sound to establish setting in a way that many big budget titles can't even manage.
