Actually, I just drew it on my Galaxy S3. I didn't use any paints or oils or anything. All digital!!!
It's also just a picture of me that I drew and colored over. It's a little odd, I know, but I was going for something different, since most of my avatars tended to be made by other people.
I also ban Atlus again for not letting me ban someone other than them.
